Town Planning is the first step to the design refinement to construction, where we understand client’s requirement, and marry up with the council standard, to achieve the medium.

           

That include have meeting with client, understanding the brief, preparing sketches, to refining the Architectural drawing set. Attending meetings with all relevant third-party consultants, and finally presenting all the documentation in a bundle to the council. ​

           

End result to all this is a Town Planning permit with a set of Stamp plans from council.​
